This Burn stacks infinitely and refreshes with each application. Additionally, all of your Burn effects reduce the cooldowns of all your basic abilities by 0.08 seconds for each tick of damage they deal to a target. Damage over time effects from all sources except items(unexpected) count as Burn sources for triggering the cooldown reduction. Eligible Augments for Burn: Firebrand, Infernal Conduit, Pressure Cooker
