Upon casting your ultimate ability, you spawn a surge zone beneath you that has a 300 radius. While you are within the zone, you gain 50 ability haste and 40% bonus movement speed, and your damage dealt to enemy champions fires missiles at them that deal 20% of the triggering damage instance pre-mitigation as bonus magic damage. The missile effect cannot trigger from itself. The zone lasts indefinitely as long as you stay within its radius. If you leave the zone's radius for the first time, it moves to your current location. Exiting the zone a second time causes it to disappear if you do not re-enter the area within 1.25 seconds.
