Your ability haste now only applies to the cooldown of your ultimate ability. In return, you gain 100 ability haste and your ability haste and ultimate haste are 50% more effective. The 50% increased haste effectiveness does not multiply your actual ability haste value (as seen in your champion's stats HUD panel) by 1.5. The multipler is applied when the cooldown of your ultimate's ability is calculated: New Ultimate Cooldown=Base Ultimate Cooldown×100100+(Haste×1.5)
